Imagine Hair Return Policy
Sometimes what your ordered isn’t what you expected. Maybe the color was wrong, or it is too small or too large. Perhaps, you just changed your mind. A few times the item arrives damaged. In those cases, we will be pleased to either exchange your item or provide a refund. Here is our refund policy:
INSPECT YOUR HAIR BEFORE BREAKING THE SEAL AND OPENING THE PACKAGE: If you need to remove it from the package to inspect it or check the color, that’s OK. But keep it covered with the net. DO NOT try it on because it cannot be returned. Federal Law prohibits the return of human hair that has been “used”. In this case, all sales are final.
IF YOUR PRODUCT IS DEFECTIVE, we will replace it at no charge. While we carefully inspect each item before it is shipped, occasionally one may slip through. Just mail it back to us. In this case we will refund both your original shipping cost as well as your cost to mail it back.
REFUNDS ARE ALLOWED WITHIN 15 DAYS: If you find you ordered the wrong color, or it is not what you expected, we will gladly replace your order with the correct color or provide you a full refund, less shipping costs. To return a product, ship the unopened product back to us along with this completed form. We must receive the return within 15 days of the purchase date.
RETURN FORM: Be sure to download a copy of our return form, fill it out completely, and include it in the package with your returned item. We cannot process your request without that form.
COLOR PROBLEMS: If you are returning your order because it is not the color you expected, we can help. After more than 25 years of experience, we have been able to understand the nuances of matching hair colors. So, go ahead and return the item(s) with the return form and then fill out our Help With Color Form online and send it to us, or e-mail us the information at email@example.com
